Cookie Policy

Last updated: February 2026

At Sentinel we use cookies and similar local storage mechanisms to ensure the correct operation of the platform. Below we inform you about their use in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your browser. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your user session or preferences. Sentinel also uses localStorage, a browser-based local storage mechanism, to remember your consent preference.

Technical cookies (strictly necessary)

These cookies are essential for the basic operation of the platform. They do not require prior consent as the service could not operate correctly without them.

Analytics cookies

Sentinel does not currently use analytics or third-party tracking cookies. Should they be incorporated in the future, your explicit consent will be requested before activation, and this policy will be updated with the corresponding details.

How to withdraw consent?

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage data. To do so, open your browser's developer tools (F12), select Application > Local Storage, and delete the 'cookie_consent' entry. The page will ask for your decision again upon reload.
